The Level Up Showcase 2025 is co-organized by the University of Toronto’s Department of Computer Science, Algonquin College, Brock University, OCAD University and XPGaming.

Students across Ontario gain valuable skills in post-secondary video game courses; that experience culminates in this public exhibition, where they compete for best-in-show awards and put their work on display for the world to see.

Attendees will get the chance to play new student games and students will get valuable live playtest feedback on their projects.

Founded and run by digital media faculty from post-secondary institutions across the province, this one-of-a-kind event has become a yearly tradition for students, institutions, and industry.
