Khai N. TruongKhai N. Truong is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto. His research interests include human-computer interaction and ubiquitous computing. Specifically, he focuses on the design and development of ubicomp applications and then the evaluation of these systems' impact on daily life.

Khai received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He later returned to Georgia Tech to earn his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the College of Computing there. For his dissertation, Dr. Truong researched programming support for building applications that automatically capture details from live experiences and provide access to those records at a later time. He was a member of Dr. Gregory Abowd's Ubicomp (Ubiquitous Computing) research group at Georgia Tech.
