MindGames will be held at the University of Toronto St. George Campus and greater downtown area on October 15, 2017. It seeks to further engage stakeholders in the Toronto community to not only raise awareness about mental health, but also educate its members about tangible steps to maintain and improve their own mental wellness. The event will showcase several key organizations in the downtown core that are involved in promoting individual and community mental health either directly or through self-care programming. In a scavenger hunt style activity, participants will be asked to travel around Toronto and perform tasks at key organizations that encourage mental wellness and break down barriers to accessing mental health support. The activity will culminate in a mental wellness expo on the University of Toronto Campus that will showcase companies and campus groups that promote mental wellness in Toronto.
