Waterfront International Ltd (WIL) is again challenging graduate and undergraduate students from the departments of Finance, Computer Science and Statistics to participate in an exciting collaborative competition.
Organize your own interdisciplinary Quantathon team of three, including one student from each department. Teams can include graduate and undergraduate students. Teams will compete to solve a real-world quantitative finance problem presented by WIL.
Your team will have one weekend to prove your superior aptitude in the areas of computer science, statistics and finance. Your mission will be to solve the problem, backtest your solutions and develop tools to create and automated trading strategy.
Graduate and undergraduate teams will be judged separately. Teams with one or more graduate students will be considered a graduate team. Each winning team will be awarded a cash prize. See FAQs for more information. Learn more about Waterfront International Ltd at wil.com.
